Psalm 15

"O Lord, who shall sojourn in thy tent? Who shall dwell on thy holy hill?" (15:1) Is not that holy hill Calvary? The Sacred Heart of He who died there is exemplary such that if we can imitate Him, we too can dwell on that holy hill. Photo by Johannes Rapprich on Pexels.com

Psalm 13

"But I have trusted in thy steadfast love; my heart shall rejoice in thy salvation" (13:5). The heart's natural inclination is to rejoice in His Salvation when we place our trust in His love. God reminds us of his love and to love others.

Psalm 12

"The promises of the Lord are promises that are pure, silver refined in a furnace on the ground, purified seven times" (12:6). A reminder to be not afraid or feel abandoned when hope dampers. Remember God's promises -- mercy, salvation, eternal life. They are pure and refined and unequivocal. Photo by Pixabay on Pexels.com
