“Yeah, thou dost make him [man] most blessed for ever; thou dost make him glad with the joy of thy presence” (21:6).

Is it that we are blessed forever because the joy of his presence is always with us? All we have to do, if even for a brief moment, is to take a deep breath. Quiet the mind. Dispose of the distracting thoughts. Take a few more breaths until the mind is clear. Then realize  He is in the present moment. Always has been. Stay with this present moment. That is where joy resides every time. Hold that close to your heart and remain blessed.
